We are proud to announce the introduction of our first moulded, fluoro-silicone lined turbo-charger hose. Manufactured in-house by Leyland Hose and using only the highest quality silicone materials, this represents a major development and expansion of the range of hoses we can offer.
Normal turbo-charger hoses are manufactured using a hand build technique, using several layers of fabric reinforcement.
This hose represents the first turbo CAC hose produced by us using a moulding process.

- Offers total consistency and repeatability of hose dimensions and quality
- Faster production and tool utilisation
- Reduces operator involvement and consequently reduces risk of operator error
- Allows for more complex profiling of hoses
- Helps to reduce cost through waste reduction
