The Amazing Work Of Our R&D Team
On Friday 15th September, our Tooling Facility in Wales received a template from a customer for a bespoke silicone hose that he required urgently for his camper van.
This is how it went:
- Tool manufactured on Monday 18th September
- Silicone hose manufactured on Tuesday 19th September
- Silicone hose despatched to customer on Wednesday 20th September
Not only did we provide our customer with exceptional service, but we improved the spec from the sample hose initially sent to us. The OEM hose provided by the customer was a turbo hose and oil vapers were present when in operation. During our manufacturing process, we added a fluoro liner to the product to prevent deterioration of the silicone and give the hose a longer operational life.
